“Law and Shoes” is now “Shoes and Yoga”

It was not all Oms and samadhi from there folks.

First thing – my previous firm got the dirts with me, threatened to sue me not believing that I was not going to set up in competition. That was yucky but not unexpected I suppose.

As one of my wonderful yoga teachers, Vicki Smart at Preshana Yoga, reminds us.

We learn more from the challenges that nearly break us than we do from the happy times in our lives.

As Mark Twain said

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

Here’s to trade winds Mr Twain.
